Mikey88 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use mikey88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Acting on your own behalf — not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• Have an active and valid Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification.
• Not appearing on any list blocked or prohibited by mikey88.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering voluntarily and not under coercion from any party.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, active Malaysian mobile number, and any other details requested by mikey88 from time to time. mikey88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

3Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your mikey88 account username and password confidential. mikey88 strongly recommends using a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never sharing your login credentials with anyone.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings for added protection.
• Never access your account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Log out of your account after every session on shared devices.
• Report to mikey88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Mikey88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by negligence or security lapses on the user's part. All activity conducted through your account remains your sole responsibility.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Mikey88 supports a wide range of deposit methods commonly used by Malaysian users. All deposits are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on mikey88 are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• All withdrawal requests are processed within 3–15 minutes for eWallets and up to 1 hour for bank transfers during normal operating hours.
• Mikey88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.
• Withdrawals made during an active promotion may be subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled beforehand.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.

• The VIP Programme offers additional perks — higher betting limits, greater cashback, and priority withdrawal processing.
• All bonuses expire on the stated expiry date and cannot be extended.

7Sports Betting Rules

This section outlines the general rules for all Sports Betting activities on mikey88, covering football, badminton, cricket, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports, and all other available sports.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the mikey88 system. Bets cannot be cancelled after the first ball is placed, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by mikey88.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the applicable bet settlement rules will be applied in accordance with mikey88 guidelines.
• Mikey88 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being influenced by insider information or fraudulent activity.
• The odds displayed are real-time and may change until the bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market — these limits are displayed on each betting option.
• For in-play betting, outcomes that occur between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is received (latency) do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

8Casino Games & Fair Play

All casino games at mikey88 — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and other table games — are operated on the principle of full fairness:

• Computer-based games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by a recognised independent body.
• Live Dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by professionally trained human dealers.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is openly stated in the respective game information.
• Any game outcome recorded by the system is final and may not be disputed on technical grounds that cannot be verified by mikey88.

9Prohibited User Conduct

Mikey88 takes fraud and money laundering (AML – Anti-Money Laundering) extremely seriously. We have strict procedures in place to detect and prevent illicit activities:

• All transactions are automatically monitored by our fraud detection system, which operates 24 hours a day.
• Suspicious transactions will be flagged for manual review by our compliance team.
• Mikey88 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold balances while an investigation is ongoing.
• Information regarding suspected activities may be shared with the relevant authorities as required by law.
• All members requesting withdrawals above a certain threshold may be required to complete a KYC form and provide proof of source of funds.

11Account Termination & Suspension

Mikey88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Requests from legal authorities.
• Threatening or harassing other members or mikey88 staff.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the mikey88 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5–7 business days.

12mikey88 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mikey88 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from service interruptions, technical issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Betting or game outcomes that occur during technical disruptions beyond mikey88's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to user negligence.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

In all circumstances, mikey88's liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

13Responsible Gaming

Mikey88 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment – not a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

Mikey88 provides the following tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.

• Cool-off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or any other duration that suits your needs.
